Despite some noise disturbances at night and early mornings due to street noise and construction on the 7th floor, the hotel offers a spectacular panoramic view over central London that is well worth the extra cost. The rooms are exceptionally spacious compared to other London hotels. The service provided by the staff is top-notch and truly enhances the overall experience. The proximity to Victoria Station and various dining options makes the location extremely convenient, though occasional loud alarms were a downside. The dining experience, while offering a great variety of food, could be improved in terms of temperature control. The facilities are generally satisfactory, with certain areas needing attention.
